At Oil Perfumery, we want you to love your signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that your request is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the oil perfumes in their original boxes to prevent leakage or damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
